Job Title: Freelance Recruiter (UAE Experience) – Immediate Hiring

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 (visa can be provided if required)
Contract Duration: 3–6 months (potential for permanent conversion based on performance and business needs)

Job Description:
We are urgently looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support high-volume and strategic hiring mandates across multiple industries. This role requires strong end-to-end recruitment experience across both permanent and contract staffing, covering entry-level to C-level positions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE recruitment experience (agency preferred; in-house experience in aviation, conglomerates, real estate, construction, EPC, fintech, or start-ups also considered)

• Proven experience in both permanent and/or contract hiring

• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukrigulf, and advanced Boolean search techniques

• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and candidate management skills
