Pledge Properties is looking for motivated and driven Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential for high performers.

Role Overview

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property investments, and closing real estate deals in Dubai’s competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through calls, networking, and referrals

  • Contact and follow up with potential buyers and investors

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

  • Present and explain property projects confidently to clients

  • Arrange and attend property viewings and meetings

  • Negotiate deals and assist in closing sales

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients

  • Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors

  • Stay updated on market trends and new developments

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in sales and client handling

  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

  • Ability to work independently

  • Passion for real estate and sales

  • Experience in real estate or sales is an advantage (not mandatory)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundational knowledge of sales principles.

  • A minimum of 1 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Certification in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales to validate expertise and strategic selling capabilities.

  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) to leverage industry knowledge for better client engagement.
