Key responsibilities:

Operations management

  • Manage and supervise all service department activities, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections
  • Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs
  • Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards

Customer service

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and handle escalated customer concerns
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through trust and service quality
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements

Inventory & vendor management

  • Oversee parts inventory and ensure availability of required materials
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement
  • Control costs and minimize wastage
