Roles & Responsibilities

Excellent knowledge on Mechanical, Electrical machine operations and Maintenance process

Excellent technical trouble shooting knowledge on Hydraulic & Pneumatic machinery

Responsible to develop new SPM machines and maintain the process documentation to achieve OEM standards, specifications, target testing and implementation

Maintaining, developing and operating manufacturing systems. Responsible to keep the production costs down upon maintaining the quality of the product.

Responsible for ensuring standardized machines and work procedures are followed

Excellent knowledge on creativity, problem solving techniques and analysis of weak spots

Documentation & knowledge on IATF 16949 & EMS

Invest planning & budgeting for production equipment's

Active participation & implementation of programs like Kaizen / CIP / Poka Yoke/5S

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in wiring harness industry

Other Industrial Engineering experience

Education :

Minimum BTech in Mechanical/EEE or Diploma Mechanical / EEE - Min 3 Years’ experience in related field

Technical skills:

MS Office package

ERP related software used in Manufacturing companies

Windows and computer proficiency is a mandatory
