Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently

  • Support check-in/check-out or visitor management processes

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/guest area

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest service

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally

  • Maintain records and update guest information when required

  • Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience
