Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all civil works at site and all construction activities. Ensure execution of works is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure timely completion of works. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams such as the Site Supervisor and Laborers Check site levels, dimensions, and quantities to ensure accuracy of execution. Ensure compliance with safety standards, municipality regulations, and quality requirements. Prepare daily work site reports, daily progress updates, and material requests. Handle inspections and coordinate approvals with consultants and relevant authorities. Monitor labor productivity and site resources effectively. Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions. Ensure proper documentation of site activities and completed works.

Ability to work under pressure

Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of all kind of Civil Work (Preliminaries Works Sub Structure Work_Super Structure Work, Block Work, Plaster Work, All MEP Work, Waterproofing Work Flooring & Walls Tiles Work, Carpentry & Joinery Work, Aluminium Work, Civil Defense Work.

Reading and interpreting Shop Drawings and approved drawings to ensure site work matches approved designs.

Ensuring materials used on-site match the Material Submittals and specifications approved by the consultant.

Pre-set up the materials required to work with site preparation and prepare required workers for that work

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience of construction work in UAE.
Passed the Engineers (G+1) Test in Sharjah Municipality and holds a valid card
Strong experience in site supervision, execution, and coordination of villa works.

Must have a valid UAE Driving License.

Good knowledge of construction standards, local authority requirements, and site procedures in the UAE.

Ability to read all kind of drawings, BOQ, technical documents and develop Civil technical shop drawings.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site activities efficiently.

Expertise in various project types, including residential villas, mixed-use residential and commercial buildings, and warehouses.

Comprehensive understanding of codes and regulations established by Sharjah Municipality, SEWA, town planning and Civil Defense.
