This position supports a Private Family Office with an established and respected presence in the Middle East. The Household Administrative & Travel Coordinator manages daily administrative operations, oversees complex travel logistics, and contributes to the efficient organization of household activities. The role ensures smooth scheduling, precise travel planning, and effective communication between the principal and household staff. Excellence in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced private environment.
You must already be based in Dubai and able to travel when needed.
Experience in private households, luxury hospitality, or family office environments is preferred.
3–7 years of experience in administrative support, travel coordination, or household operations.
A valid UAE driving license is required.
