Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensure compliance with local HR policies and regulations. Your efforts will help us attract and retain top talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through offer negotiation Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal HR policies throughout the hiring process Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities Required Qualifications: 2–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and candidate screening techniques Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidate fit In-depth knowledge of HR policies and Saudi labor regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) Experience in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment Familiarity with social recruiting and employer branding best practices Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Arabic
