Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s products to customers across assigned markets.
Understand the complete product range, technical specifications, catalogs, and product applications.
Achieve monthly sales targets and assigned business goals.
Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups to develop new business opportunities.
Identify and approach new customers, traders, contractors, and end-users.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide product presentations and basic technical support before and after sales.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, deliveries, and payment collections.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing information.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer visit reports, and follow-up updates in ERP/CRM systems.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in sales or technical sales preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
UAE driving license preferred.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
