About the role

As a senior product manager, you will report to the director of products and lead large-scale product initiatives across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong product strategy, agile delivery expertise, and leadership capabilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

About the requirements

• Lead the development and delivery of key product features and large-scale initiatives
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely product delivery
• Apply agile methodologies, requirements engineering, and design thinking practices
• Mentor junior product managers and promote product management best practices

About you

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, product management, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 5–7 years of product management experience, including large-scale product development
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and experience with UX/UI principles
