About the Role:

Terrain Group is seeking a highly skilled Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo ERP across our manufacturing operations. 

This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise and technical knowledge to configure Odoo modules, develop custom solutions, and ensure seamless integration with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Odoo ERP implementation.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules, including Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
• Design and develop custom reports, workflows, dashboards, and integrations using Python and XML.
• Support multi-company Odoo environment setup and configuration.
• Provide functional training and support to end-users, developing user manuals and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external developers for customization and integration projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues promptly.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of proven experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Odoo modules: Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and Odoo's ORM.
• Experience with UAE VAT configuration, multi-company setups, and HRMS modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
