About the role
Our client, a leader in the development banking and financial services sector, is seeking a professional – business applications (technology division) to join their team. As a professional – business applications (technology division), you will report to senior management within the technology division and work closely with business stakeholders across the bank. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise application management experience, deep understanding of banking systems, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
About the requirements
- Manage and support core and non-core business applications used across the development bank, ensuring high availability and performance
- Act as a key liaison between business units, vendors, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions
- Oversee application lifecycle management, including upgrades, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution
- Ensure business applications comply with regulatory, security, and governance standards applicable to development banks
- Support digital transformation initiatives by optimizing and modernizing business applications and related processes
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience working with business applications within banking or financial services environments
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; strong English communication skills are also required
