About the role
Our client, a leader in the financial services and banking industry, is seeking a senior professional, information technology (governance risk and compliance) to join their team. As a senior professional, information technology (governance risk and compliance), you will report to senior IT and risk leadership, supporting enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong IT GRC expertise, regulatory compliance knowledge, and risk assessment capabilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
About the requirements
- Lead and maintain IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory and internal standards
- Conduct IT risk assessments, control testing, and compliance reviews across systems and processes
- Support audits, regulatory examinations, and remediation of identified gaps
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and control documentation
- Collaborate with technology, cybersecurity, and business teams to embed risk management practices
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, risk management, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are preferred
- Proven experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance within regulated environments
