Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed history taking, physical examinations, and functional evaluations to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and other conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice, incorporating manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery and prevent recurrence.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy, including joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, and myofascial release, to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized Western university, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical practice.
- Holds a valid physiotherapy license or registration in the country of practice, demonstrating professional competence and legal authorization.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as those in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, or other specialized areas, showcasing expertise and specialization.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a Western healthcare setting, providing a solid understanding of patient management and treatment protocols.
