About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Dubai. The ideal candidate will leverage strong sales strategy, client relationship management, and market research skills to identify new opportunities, negotiate successful deals, and build lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Dubai and GCC markets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Conduct in-depth market research to assess trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on go-to-market initiatives
Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline, track activities, and generate performance reports
Prepare regular forecasts and presentations for senior management
Manage business development projects from inception through execution
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
4-6 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing non-technical sales strategies
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Deep understanding of the Dubai business environment and GCC market dynamics
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or MBA
Experience in the technology or finance sectors
Fluency in Arabic
Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams
