Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support daily HR operations, including administration, employee relations, and recruitment coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in MS Office to ensure the smooth running of HR processes. Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant Support employee relations by responding to inquiries, facilitating internal communications, and organizing employee engagement activities Prepare HR reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office applications Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for HR team members Required Qualifications: 1–4 years of experience in HR administration or a related field Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Working knowledge of HR administration, employee relations, and recruitment coordination processes Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience with HRIS or other HR software systems Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR Additional language proficiency
