Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather detailed business requirements and deliver actionable insights that drive project success.

• Utilize data analysis tools to interpret complex datasets, enabling informed decisions that align with corporate strategy.

• Develop clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs) that serve as a roadmap for project development and implementation.

• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and innovation in problem-solving.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Functional Expertise

  • Microsoft 365 & Power Platform (Forms, Lists, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)

  • SAP ERP (functional knowledge), POS systems, CRM (Salesforce), E-commerce

  • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Practical understanding of generative and agentic AI

  Consulting & Data Awareness

  • Translate business needs into automation, AI, and data-driven solutions

  • Familiarity with ETL concepts, APIs, and Azure Data Warehouse / Synapse

  • Understanding of data quality, dependencies, and reporting readiness

  Core Skills

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Knowledge of project delivery and solution lifecycle

  • Preferred certifications: PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, Copilot Studio (Applied Skills), CBAP

  • 5–10 years BA / functional consulting experience, preferably in Luxury retail
