Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly demand planning cycle across GCC markets including UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts using historical trends, market intelligence, promotions, seasonality, and business inputs.
  • Analyze forecast variances and implement corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and bias reduction.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align demand assumptions.
  • Drive and manage the end-to-end S&OP process across manufacturing and distribution businesses.
  • Conduct monthly S&OP review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Ensure alignment between demand plans, production capacity, procurement planning, and inventory targets.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for management visibility and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing plants and distribution centers to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
  • Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess stock, slow-moving inventory, and stock-outs.
  • Support procurement planning and replenishment strategies for frozen food categories including Meat, Chicken, Beef, Vegetables & Fruits, Vegetarian products.
  • Lead initiatives to centralize planning functions and standardize planning processes across business units.
  • Implement and enhance planning tools, automation systems, dashboards, and analytical reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics cost optimization, warehouse cost reduction, inventory efficiency, service level improvement, and planning automation.
  • Coordinate with regional business teams, manufacturing plants, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Support management with business insights, demand risks, supply constraints, and mitigation strategies.
  • Present planning performance reports and KPIs to senior leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in frozen food manufacturing and distribution operations.

  • Experience managing regional planning operations across GCC markets.

  • Proven experience in implementing S&OP processes and planning tools.

  • Advanced Excel and dashboard reporting skills.

  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.

  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, APO, IBP preferred).

  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain optimization techniques.

  • Data analysis and KPI reporting expertise.
