Roles & Responsibilities
* Deep understanding of Retail operations and driving Soft skills and Behavioral training.
* Design impactful training contents/modules for front-line staff.
* Assist the L&D Head in Training Calendar & Program Planning, Performance Coaching & Mentoring
* Rich expertise in Training Needs Analysis , Behavioral & Soft Skills Training, Instructional Design & Content Development
* E-learning Development, Articulate Storyline, LMS platforms, Post-training Evaluation , Kirkpatrick Model, Feedback Analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree related field with relevant certification in Training & Development is a plus.
* Overall 8-10 years exp with min 4+ years in a Training role, preferably from Retail, FMCG background.
* Experience in training Retail staff using customized Training models with a focus on end customers.
* Certification in soft skills or behavioral training is advantageous.
