Roles & Responsibilities


  • Act as an HR Business Partner for international business operations across UAE and other regions.

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.

  • Lead talent acquisition for business, operations, and support functions across international markets.

  • Partner with business leaders for workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE employment laws and labour regulations; exposure to Africa region compliance will be an advantage.

  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and retention initiatives.

  • Drive annual appraisal cycles, compensation benchmarking, and benefits coordination.

  • Manage HR documentation, audits, HRMS records, and policy implementation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.

  • Lead and manage the HR team while driving process standardization and operational efficiency across regions.

  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and consultants for hiring and HR operations support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of HR experience in Dubai/UAE is mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of UAE employment and labour laws is essential.

  • Prior experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.

  • Team handling/people management experience is mandatory.

  • Exposure to handling HR operations across multiple international geographies preferred.

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.

  • Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance.

  • Exposure to Africa regions (Nigeria/South Africa) will be an added advantage.

  • Arabic language proficiency will be considered a plus.

  • Candidates currently based in UAE preferred.
