Job Overview
We are seeking a Dubai-based Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our core business applications. In this role, you will own the development of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, HR management tools, and a suite of internal operational applications.
A primary focus will be engineering highly responsive systems that deliver seamless user experiences across both desktop web browsers and mobile application interfaces (PWA/hybrid app formats).
Required Minimum Technical Stack
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess definitive production experience in:
Backend: PHP (8.x+) & Laravel Framework
Frontend: Laravel Blade, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (Vanilla/Modern frameworks)
Cloud Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS)
DNS & Security: Cloudflare
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Application Development: Design and deploy scalable modules for our ERP and HR tools, ensuring flawless business logic execution.
Cross-Platform Engineering: Build frontends utilizing Laravel Blade and modern CSS/JS that adapt perfectly to both desktop interfaces and web-views within mobile applications.
Localization & Compliance: Ensure HR and ERP modules are built to accommodate local requirements (e.g., UAE Labor Law configurations, gratuity calculations, and regional date/currency formatting).
DevOps & DNS Management: Manage and monitor AWS cloud infrastructure and leverage Cloudflare for optimal routing, CDN caching, SSL management, and security firewalls.
Database & API Optimization: Write clean, high-performance database queries and build robust APIs to connect internal tools smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, ideally building enterprise software (ERP, CRM, or HRMS).
Laravel Mastery: Deep knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Service Containers, Queues, and API development within Laravel.
UI/UX Precision: Strong frontend skills using Blade, CSS3, and JS to build interactive, fast-loading, and responsive layouts without relying solely on heavy SPA architectures.
Regional Familiarity: Prior experience building HR tools that handle Middle East payroll patterns (WPS - Wage Protection System) is highly advantageous.
Location: Must currently reside in the UAE or be willing to relocate to Dubai immediately.
