Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform precise wheel alignment adjustments using advanced equipment to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity.
- Diagnose alignment issues through comprehensive inspections, identifying problems such as uneven tire wear or steering instability.
- Calibrate and maintain alignment machines regularly to guarantee accuracy and reliability in measurements.
- Communicate with customers to explain alignment services and recommend necessary repairs or adjustments based on findings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive technology is preferred.
- ASE certification in steering and suspension systems is highly desirable for credibility in the field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in wheel alignment and suspension repairs in a professional setting.
- Experience with computerized alignment systems and measuring equipment to enhance service precision.
