Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR & Admin Manager to execute and optimize end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, training, and compensation & benefits (C&B).
- Drive the localized recruitment process for factory personnel, technical staff, and administrative roles to meet project commissioning timelines.
- Assist in developing and implementing local HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain accurate employee relations records, manage personnel files, and facilitate seamless onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Oversee day-to-day office and factory administrative operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-supplied workspace.
- Manage company assets, procurement of office/facility supplies, and supervise administrative vendors (catering, cleaning, transportation).
- Coordinate logistics and facility management for employee accommodation and dining services.
- Liaise with UAE government authorities, free zone entities, and labor departments to manage employment visas, medical screenings, Emirates IDs, and corporate licensing updates.
- Ensure all HR and administrative practices strictly align with UAE Labor Law and KEZAD Free Zone regulations to mitigate compliance risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience within a manufacturing plant, factory environment, or the FMCG sector is highly preferred.
- Well-rounded knowledge of core HR modules (Recruitment, Performance, C&B) with a proven track record of execution.
- Native or professional bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous work experience in the UAE and a strong, practical understanding of UAE Labor Law, visa processing, and government relations are highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, structured thinking, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced greenfield project environment.
