Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
Experience in end-to-end project management.
Experience working with or in advertising agencies.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing operational, annual planning, setting and tracking OKRs, distributing workloads, and resolving day-to-day tactical hurdles.
Extensive experience in account management and strategic engagement is essential.
Ability to influence and engage with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, driving alignment and achieving results.
Strong coaching skills to guide output quality, identify upskilling opportunities such as AI or product trainings, and oversee the onboarding of new team members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
