Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide critical 24/7 support for banking applications, ensuring minimal downtime and swift resolution of production incidents.
- Proactively monitor application performance and system health using advanced tools to detect and prevent potential issues before they impact users.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems across various banking systems, including trading platforms, payment gateways, and core banking applications.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to deploy application changes and patches, meticulously managing release cycles and rollback procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in Production Support within the Banking domain.
Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems such as Sysarc, Intellect, and Oracle-based solutions.
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Oracle Database, WebSphere, Java, AWS, and REST APIs.
Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, problem resolution, and application monitoring.
Ability to work closely with business users, development teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability and performance.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
