Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for digital transformation initiatives
Document business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for digital solutions
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for IT teams
Assist in the development and validation of business cases for digital transformation projects, outlining expected benefits and outcomes
Ensure that digital solutions align with business needs and deliver value to the organization
Help prioritize business requirements based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals
Support the testing and validation of digital solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and expectations
Facilitate communication between business teams and IT to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals
Monitor and report on the progress of digital projects, ensuring that business requirements are being met
Assist in identifying and mitigating any risks or issues related to business requirements or project execution
Support business teams in the adoption of new digital tools and processes, providing training and guidance as needed
Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to support digital transformation efforts
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
