Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Providing support to the direct supervisor in preparing and updating the operational plan for managing protocol and ceremonies by providing supporting information, documents, and records, and updating performance indicators for tasks and responsibilities, in addition to the completion rates of internal projects and initiatives, based on the department's annual work plan and the direct supervisor's instructions.

  2. Implementing protocol and escort procedures based on the plans developed for official domestic and international visits in the Department

  3. Working on coordination and communication internally with the relevant departments within the organization and externally with government agencies for official missions and field work.

  4. Performing any tasks delegated by the direct supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Academic qualification

    A bachelor's degree in international relations, business administration, or equivalent from a recognized university.

    Years of experience required

    4-6 years of experience

    Required job skills

    1. Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs

    2. Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

    3. The ability to respond to inquiries and articles, deliver speeches, listen, and draft.
