Roles & Responsibilities
Contributing to the preparation and updating of the strategic plan, directions, and initiatives for the Procurement and Warehousing Department within the Logistics Support Department.
Receiving, following up on and implementing purchase requests and plans from organizational units in the department and ensuring the effectiveness of purchasing operations in terms of cost and the validity of requests.
Monitoring and tracking inventory levels and placing necessary purchase orders based on department needs.
Performing any additional tasks delegated by the direct supervisor within the same field of work only.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent from a globally recognized university.
Years of experience required
Bachelor's degree: 2-4 years of experience in the same field of work.
Master's degree: 0-2 years of experience in the same field of work.
Required job skills
Proficiency in writing, speaking, and comprehension in both Arabic and English.
Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
The skill of planning, managing, implementing and applying projects.
Familiarity with programming codes, programming tools, and systems development.
