We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of industrial fire protection projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.
This role plays a critical part in coordinating with engineering, procurement, and client stakeholders to successfully deliver projects across the construction sector and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages from design approval to installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, procurement, and site installation personnel.
- Maintain close communication with clients, providing regular project updates, progress reporting, and managing change requests as required.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, permits, and certifications are obtained, maintained, and reviewed as required for project execution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to obtain approvals.
Requirements:
- Degree or recognised qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection), Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven experience delivering Fire Protection or similar engineering projects for critical infrastructure or the Construction sector.
- Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in fire protection or MEP projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, and AutoCAD.
