Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural and technical aspects of construction projects.
Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and site teams.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards.
Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution.
Monitor project progress and provide technical support to site teams.
Manage design changes, RFIs, and technical documentation.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction projects within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies.
Experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
