Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor network infrastructure health using advanced tools, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users.
  • Respond swiftly to critical network alerts, performing immediate diagnostics and implementing effective troubleshooting procedures.
  • Analyze network traffic patterns and performance metrics to optimize bandwidth utilization and ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Execute planned maintenance activities, including software upgrades and configuration changes, with minimal disruption to services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • NOC engineers must meet the following minimum criteria: · 2–4 years experience in NOC / monitoring roles in high-availability environments · ITIL Foundation certified · Riverbed RCPE Associate Certified or higher · Relevant certifications (CCNA, VCP, Microsoft or equivalent) · Strong knowledge of: · SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, WMI · Network (LAN/WAN), systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), cloud (Azure) · Cisco IOS / NX-OS, wireless (Cisco/Meraki preferred) · OSI and TCP/IP models
