About the Role We are seeking a highly organised IT Systems & AI Automation Specialist to join a fast-growing international investment group based in Dubai. This hands-on role is responsible for supporting the Group's IT infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving the adoption of AI and automation solutions across the business. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day IT support, implement structured processes, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows through technology. Working closely with stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting the Group's ongoing digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3–6 years' experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience supporting business users and IT systems. • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud applications, networking fundamentals, and IT best practices. • Exposure to AI tools, process automation platforms, and basic scripting/coding (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript). • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies. • Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or Make. • Experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment. • Understanding cybersecurity best practices. • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL). • Experience within professional services, consulting, or corporate environments.
