We are seeking a dedicated Requirement & Configuration Engineer to join our dynamic construction railway team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing and controlling project requirements and configurations to ensure successful delivery of railway infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: - Analyze and document project requirements based on stakeholder input and technical specifications. - Develop and maintain configuration management plans and procedures to track project changes effectively. - Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure requirements alignment and configuration control. - Monitor and report on configuration status, discrepancies, and compliance throughout project phases. - Support risk management by identifying and mitigating configuration-related issues. - Ensure adherence to industry standards and project quality requirements. - Facilitate communication between project teams and management regarding requirements and configuration changes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in requirement analysis and configuration management, preferably in railway or construction industries. - Strong understanding of configuration management tools and methodologies. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
