Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all project documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for team members.
  • Implement and oversee a document control system that adheres to industry standards and project requirements, minimizing errors and delays.
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and distribute documentation, ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes.
  • Establish and enforce document management protocols, including version control, indexing, and archiving procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or records management within engineering or construction industries.

  • Familiarity with ISO standards and project management methodologies is highly valued.

  • Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and MS Office Suite is essential.
