Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to relevant departments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, optimizing the calendar for busy professionals.
- Maintain and update office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven administrative or office support experience in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common office software.
