Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues in chiller units, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools.

• Perform refrigerant charging and recovery, adhering strictly to environmental regulations and safety standards.

• Install and configure new chiller systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Chiller Technician with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in chiller maintenance, troubleshooting, and compressor overhauling.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems.

  • Diagnose and rectify faults in screw, scroll, reciprocating, and centrifugal compressors.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of chillers and associated HVAC equipment.

  • Conduct compressor overhauling, refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system testing.

  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to chillers and control systems.

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards.

  Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience as an HVAC Chiller Technician.

  • Strong knowledge of chiller compressors, refrigeration cycles, and HVAC systems.

  • Experience working on major brands such as Carrier, Trane, York, Daikin, McQuay, and similar.

  • Ability to independently diagnose and repair chiller and compressor faults.

  • Knowledge of electrical controls, motors, pumps, and refrigerant handling.

  • ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or related field preferred.

  Location: UAE

  Experience Required: 5–7 Years
