We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with experience in API 650 storage tank fabrication and erection
Job Summary:
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring quality compliance during the fabrication, erection, welding, and testing of API 650 storage tanks. The role involves conducting inspections, coordinating NDT activities, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
-Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures, standards, and guidelines.
-Conduct inspections and testing to verify compliance with required specifications.
-Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
-Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
-Identify and report quality issues and non-conformances, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
-Involvement in Quality, ISO and ASME audits.
Qualifications & Requirements
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC activities for API 650 Storage Tank projects.
-Sound knowledge of API 650, ASME, AWS, and applicable industry standards.
-Experience in storage tank fabrication, erection, welding inspection, and testing activities.
-CSWIP and ASNT Level II certification preferred.
-Familiarity with NDT methods and interpretation of inspection reports.
-Proficient in preparing quality documentation, inspection reports, and quality dossiers.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
