Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year UAE banking sales experience in Credit Cards or Personal Finance

OR

• Minimum 3 years banking sales experience from home country markets
• Strong sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
• Experience in DSA or direct banking sales channels preferred
• Good understanding of UAE banking products and sales processes
• Proven sales track record will be highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Sales Officers: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 Fixed Salary
• Team Leaders: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 Fixed Salary
