Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative technical solutions to solve complex engineering challenges, driving product or system improvements.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of designs, prototypes, and existing systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, user manuals, and test reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Civil).

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a technical engineering role.

  • Proven expertise in [Specific Industry, e.g., aerospace, automotive, renewable energy, software development].

  • Strong proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and relevant programming languages/platforms.
