Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare financial reports, management reports, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Support VAT compliance, tax-related filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and external audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely processing of payments and collections.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, banks, and government authorities when required.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Valid UAE Driving License is required.
Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
