Job Details

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced auto spare parts sales executive to develop and expand business in Sudan and other African markets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Korean vehicle spare parts, an established network within the Sudan automotive industry, and proven experience in B2B sales of genuine and aftermarket automotive parts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in Sudan and other African markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads to achieve revenue targets.
  • Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers—both retail and wholesale.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business development trips across assigned markets.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in auto spare parts sales, preferably in Sudan and African markets.
  • Strong knowledge of Korean vehicle spare parts.
  • Existing customer network and market knowledge in Sudan is highly preferred.
  • Experience in export sales and international trade procedures will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Africa and the Middle East.
  • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Familiarity with automotive parts catalogues, OEM references, and aftermarket brands.
