Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients through referrals, networking, and cold outreach

  • Conduct needs analysis and present suitable life insurance solutions to prospective clients

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new clients

  • Follow up on leads and pipeline opportunities in a timely and professional manner

  • Prepare and present insurance proposals, illustrations, and documentation accurately

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE insurance regulations and company policies

  • Provide after-sales support and assist clients with policy servicing and renewals

  • Attend training sessions, product workshops, and team meetings as required

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 year of sales experience in the life insurance industry (UAE experience preferred)

  • UAE Real Estate sales background will also be considered

  • communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

  • Ability to build and manage a strong client portfolio

  • Professional appearance and confident presentation skills

  • Valid UAE residence visa preferred (visa can be provided for the right candidate)

  • Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages are an added advantage
