We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic BIM Manager (Arabic speaker) to join a dynamic team in Abu Dhabi to oversee, develop, and implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and standards for major engineering and construction projects. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will lead interdisciplinary coordination, manage dedicated BIM teams, and bridge the gap between design, engineering, and construction to ensure flawless project delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) tailored to project requirements. • Review advanced models for accuracy, strict compliance, and constructability. • Ensure all BIM deliverables strictly align with client expectations, project scopes, and industry standards. • Supervise, mentor, and develop BIM Coordinators and modelers, managing task assignments and progress tracking. • Provide continuous training on BIM tools, workflows, and methodologies to foster a high-performance team culture. • Promote industry best practices and cutting-edge standards across all integrated project teams. • Lead interdisciplinary coordination and rigorous clash detection processes. • Facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between design, engineering, and construction teams. • Manage software infrastructure, including licenses, updates, configurations, and technical troubleshooting/optimization. • Generate detailed BIM progress reports and comprehensive documentation for key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.. • Experience: 10-15 years of proven experience in construction and engineering, with a significant track record operating as a BIM Manager or in a similar high-level capacity. • High proficiency in industry-standard BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and associated modeling and coordination tools. • Deep, comprehensive understanding of construction processes, localized standards, and modern engineering methodologies. • Proven experience in large-scale staff management, talent development, and team building. • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. • An analytical mindset with immaculate attention to detail.
