• Inspect civil works including excavation, earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete works, blockwork, and finishing works. • Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings. • Monitor contractor’s work for quality, workmanship, and adherence to safety requirements. • Conduct routine site inspections and prepare daily/weekly site reports. • Review and verify materials delivered to site against approved material submittals. • Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when work does not meet required standards. • Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues. • Check setting out, levels, alignment, and dimensional accuracy of civil works. • Witness testing of materials and site tests (e.g., concrete slump tests, compaction tests). • Maintain proper records of inspections, approvals, and site instructions. • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements on site

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 8 years of experience in civil inspection within consulting firms • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures. • Familiarity with Dubai authority regulations and inspection procedures. • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents. • Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). • Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and site safety practices.
