Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specialized in Joinery and Interior Fit-Out works to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for joinery and fit-out works.

• Review project drawings and specifications to identify materials, quantities, and cost implications.

• Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and variation claims.

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts.

• Monitor project costs and progress to ensure budget control.

• Prepare progress valuations, interim applications, and final accounts.

• Coordinate closely with the design, production, and project teams for cost and material control.

• Maintain accurate records and cost reports for ongoing projects.

• Conduct site visits for quantity verification and progress assessments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in joinery or interior fit-out industry within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and installation methods.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant QS software.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
