Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors, fostering effective working relationships.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents to guide construction activities.
- Implement and monitor site safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and addressing potential hazards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in construction project engineering.
- Proven experience with various construction methods, materials, and building codes.
