We are seeking an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, design, and management of traffic systems within railway construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regional standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of Abu Dhabi's transport infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Lead traffic engineering design and analysis for railway construction projects. - Develop and review traffic management plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil engineers, project managers, and governmental authorities. - Conduct traffic impact assessments and propose mitigation strategies. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of traffic-related deliverables. - Provide expert advice on traffic safety, capacity, and operational improvements. - Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. - Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in traffic engineering, preferably within the railway or construction industry. - Strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and design standards. - Proven expertise in traffic modeling software and traffic management tools. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. - Professional engineering license or certification is an advantage. - Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
