Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols to minimize accidents.
- Manage inventory control processes, including stock counts and reconciliations, to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent loss.
- Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff to optimize productivity while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
Proven experience managing teams of 20-50+ warehouse associates.
Exposure to inbound, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control, and returns management.
Experience working in WMS/ERP-driven warehouse environments.
Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, cycle counts, FEFO/FIFO principles, productivity management, and operational KPIs
