Welcome guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide directions or hotel information. ? Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service. ? Escort guests when needed and monitor the lobby to keep it clean, organized, and guest friendly. ? Handle guest concerns, support VIP arrivals, and stay updated on hotel services, facilities, and safety standards.

Qualifications: ? Chinese speaker with a minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or other guest-facing roles within luxury or 5-star hospitality environments. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, and polished approach to guest service; able to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively. ? Professional appearance with a welcoming personality, and the ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments. ? Physically fit and highly organized, with strong multitasking, teamwork, and coordination skills, maintaining a customer-first mindset while assisting guests.
