Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Lead project initiation, feasibility assessments, and governance approvals Develop and manage project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and communication plans Drive end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including system implementations, integrations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder expectations Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve the project objectives Ensure compliance with governance, security, procurement, and quality standards Track business benefits and value realization post-implementation Facilitate project closure, sign-offs, and lessons learned documentation Other Details: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline 8+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects Strong understanding of technologies relevant to shopping malls (e.g., BMS, IWMS, CAFM, digitalsignage, smartparking, energy management).
